Mexico Sierra Madre single origin decaf coffee beans are cultivated in the Sierra Madre mountains in Mexico. This Mexican decaf coffee is free from added chemicals, being processed using only clean, filtered water. The use of the Swiss Water Process in its preparation allows the caffeine in the beans to be diffused into water. Processing it this way leaves the flavour compounds in the coffee otherwise unaffected, allowing for the creation of a caffeine-free product that retains all of its original character.
